I am glad that you have found relief from this terrible condition. I use a supplement as well as a diuretic and I have also had the gent injections. Right now things aren’t too bad but like you have said you never know with meniere’s disease.
good luck
Mike,
You are a great blessing to many who suffer from MD. I was so sick with MD that I fell into a depression after suffering from 3 drop attacks.
Like you, I submitted to supplements for help quite quickly. Actually it was my wife who helped me get connected with you.
It has been one and a half years since I went on the supplements you recommended and all the other tips on food and rest, my attacks are very minimal now. Like you said, when we get too tired or exhausted, the vertigo attacks will come.
Like it or not, it is a major shift and change of lifestyle.
Sleeping early and getting enough rest is vitally important.
For your information, I do not take any western medicine like the sercs.
After taking the supplements for more than a year now, I do believe that our body lacks certain important minerals for the cells to be optimally healthy.
I also believe that our brains need to rest. Resting it will surely help in a tremendous way.
Mike, please keep up the crusade to help MD patients like me.
Many more sufferers will enjoy a better quality of life if they will read your articles and follow your model of lifestyle.
Warmest regards
Timothy Ho
Thanks for the kind words Timothy……..are you Timothy from Singapore?………your name certainly rings a bell or two. Glad to hear you are still well and living relatively free of Meniere’s.
