Lizzie’s dizziness and vertigo gone

We received this from Lizzie: Another one to the list of people who are successfully reducing their symptoms 🙂

Hi Michael,

Now into my fourth month of taking the supplements. Feeling great. Lots of energy, no dizzy spells and a clear head. Still have the tinnitus and poor hearing in my right ear but these are very definitely at livable levels. Am also finding that I don’t need to be quite so careful with the salt intake. Of course, I am careful most of the time but if I have a meal out for example I don’t notice it. I can also enjoy a glass of wine now!

Here’s a funny thing: I normally eat mostly a vegetarian diet as my partner is vegetarian but lately I’ve been really craving meat and fish. Maybe my body needs the extra protein as part of the healing process?

Many thanks

Lizzie

Meniere’s can become dormant however one has to be careful because it does come back with a vengeance to finish destroying the inner ear organs.

Please be careful with sal intake, alcohol, and caffeine. I too got well from this disease but it came back at full throttle and I’m still dealing with its symptoms.

Thats quite right LIcho, thanks…yes Menieres disease does have a habit of returning unexpectedly, so we always have to be vigilant with our diet and liftestyle.

Hi Karen, I sent you an email yesterday……hope you got it?? I will send again just in case, sorry to hear you are suffering like this. I do know how you feel though as I have been there and lived with these symptoms for 7 years.

How you mothers manage with young children is amazing. You are are far tougher than me that’s for sure.

To Karen Sheppard. I too went through what you are. A single mother with two young children and no family or friends near to help. I started taking Beta Glucans and it helped alot. I am not perfect. Good days and so so days but definitely functioning. I would like to be better than I am. I still can’t drive more than 30 min at a time and I sleep in recliner sitting up. I was wondering if you tried the supplements and if you could share your experience with them. Did they work for you, how well did they work, and how did it take, and any side effects. Thanks!

I too suffer from the dreaded condition:( … to a point where I feel my job may be in jeopardy… has anyone gone on disability for this? I hate the think of giving up – but one has to handle this with knowledge.. Thank you

Hi Michele…I posted this a while ago hope it helps you…..if you do go on disability it is not giving up…it may give you the chance to find your root cause…and with that I say NEVER give up. I have seen too many people get their lives back by using the supplements we use and then find their root cause to ever give up on anyone with this. If you need help just email me at meniereshelp@gmail.com

Social Security For Meniere’s Disease in The USA

Many people want to know, can they claim Social Security if they have Meniere’s Disease. It is not a problem in the UK because we have the national Health System. But many people say they have difficulty claiming it in the States.
Well according to this lawyer, you CAN claim social security for Menieres. Social Security adult listing 2.07 apparently explicitly states that you can. For the full story go here:

As a 22 year old male, I’ve been recently suffering from these dizzying/vertigo symptoms for about a year and have been ‘diagnosed’ with Meniere’s Disease. Desperately combing the web for options to find some sort of relief I came across mike Spencer’s video and became overwhelmingly hopeful. I would greatly appreciate if you could send me the exact brand/list of supplements to take to achieve this astounded level of relief. Mike Spencer’s video was quite informative and intriguing and I’m unquestionably going to purchase these supplements to give them a try for myself. Thank you!

Hi Justin, Thanks for the “plug”. Those videos were made some years ago and to be honest they are awful. Things have changed quite dramatically since then and I have new videos coming soon. In the old vidoes I am almost apologizing for telling people what I knew. Came over very badly I thought, never mind I tried. I am 100% sure most people will find the new videos much more comprehensive, balanced and informative and my biggest hope helpful in a very real actionable way.

Hi was wondering woke up dizzy 4 weeks ago, then vertigo to just off balance. How long does this last currently taking mega women’s vitamins and lipoflavanoids, niacinimide, vitamin c, amoxicillin ( sinus problem) and nasonex. My vitamins have grapes seed extract and ginkgo biloba. I haven’t been able to work for 3 weeks now and currently low salt diet . When should I start feeling better?

Sandi, Meniere’s is not sinusitis but it can be affected by your sinuses without doubt.

Please respond ASAP, I am already losing my sanity and I am not so sure that I am as strong as some of the people who have dealt with this long term. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hello Mike. My background is similar to yours – from UK, currently living in Japan. have C1 misalignment I believe from whiplash injury years ago. I really want to try the supplements, and please could you point me in the direction of the Chiropractor you used in JApan? I hope this was in Tokyo 🙂 Thanks.

Hi Andrew, Dr Burcon (a well known chiro in regards to Meniere’s) says most Meniere’s cases that involve C1 involve whiplash so you may be right. The Kiro I used was in Yokosuka, south of Yokohama – Kato san. I think you just emailed me so I will send details for you.
