There is no doubt that the supplements are of good quality and support your immune system - I never got a cold whilst taking them. However, after using them I had no improvement. In short, it is certainly possible that they have helped people and there is considerable anecodotal coverage in that regard, so do make your own decision. However, they did not help me, though I'm glad I tried them. I started to use the USANA supplements, as recommended by MenieresHelp.com after considerable thought, owing to their high cost. I had trouble at first where the symptoms got worse for a few days, then gradually got better and better. Now I live a normal life and don't worry about meniere's at all. Karin and Mike were a great help, always supporting me when I doubted the power of this. I would recommend anyone who has menieres to try this. It feels like a miracle. Mike I know you won't thank me for that last comment I am sure, as I know you are very wary of over hyping the supplements and scaring people off, but really they saved my life. Keep up the good work and thanks for the great videos on the new 'inspiration' page. Certainly puts things in perspective!!!!!!!!! I also use the supplements recommended at menieres-help.com .
